Statement of Purpose:
The advisory board is a collection of individuals who bring unique knowledge and skills which complement the knowledge and skills of the staff at Sentinel Care. The board oversees our actions to ensure we, along with our affiliates, are effectively offering care with integrity and compassion.

The advisory board does not have formal authority to govern the organization; that is, the advisors cannot issue directives which must be followed. Rather, the board serves to make recommendations and/or provide key information and materials to the formal board of directors.

The board is kept abreast of complaints and major actions taken by Sentinel Care.

The enclosed contact information provides you direct access to them should you ever have an unresolved issue. We ask only that you follow the Matthew 18 principal:

1. Make us aware of your concern, first. Give us a chance to make it right.

2. If your concern remains unresolved, contact one of our board members.

They will pursue reconciliation between all parties.
