Prior to that Rob co-founded Christian Care Ministry (C.C.M.), a 501(c)3 ministry sharing one another's medical bills on a not-for-profit basis. He served as Chief Financial Officer / Chief Operating Officer from 1993 to 2000, and provided interim sales support from 2000 to 2003. In that time, he was instrumental in expanding the ministry from its initial seed capital of $100,000 to a trust account of $5 million and gross receipts of $18 million in 2000. The ministry increased membership to 29,000 persons in seven years, representing a 32-45% net gain annually in the later years, and grew staff from the three founders to thirty employees with an additional 60+ working as independent contractors.
